Fondues : cheese, meat and others

 

Introduction : "Fondu" means melted in French, so it should really only be applied to cheese fondues (possibly also chocolate fondues) where cheese is actually melted (in wine). However, it has come to represent any dish based on dipping, and since I don't stand a chance, I will not try to change this. Thus, I will use it for all type of dipped dishes commonly called fondues.

Fondues come in 3 categories : Cheese fondues, Meat fondues, and other types such as Chocolate fondues. This site explores all 3, with emphasis on cheese and meat fondues.

This site has been designed to load quickly : no complex graphics and pictures, super menus, electronik musik, and advertising, all of which contribute to clog internet and to waste our time.
