Whisky sauce recipe

 

Whisky sauce
I use prepared mayonnaise, preferably light.

  • 10 cl mayonnaise (1 small cup),
  • 1 soup spoon Ketchup,
  • 5 cl whisky (1.7 oz = 1 shot glass),
  • 10 cl cream cheese,
  • White pepper.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, the ketchup, the whisky, the cream cheese (to thicken the sauce) and some ground white pepper. Let rest in the fridge for at least one hour.
