With the fondue
Fondue is a high calorie and fulfilling dish. Normally no need for dessert. But if you insist, consider
something light. For example griottes macerated in kirsch (griottes are a sort of wild cherries), a slice of pineapple
(sprinkled with a dash of kirsch) or a small fruit salad.
Avoid sorbet and ice creams (see the beverages section).
